Eine Kritik zu Kind Hearts - English version here. Es ist ihr letzter Sommer, bevor der Ernst des Lebens losgeht. Billie und Lucas haben gerade die Schule abgeschlossen. Und was kommt jetzt? Endlich wieder!

Neues Jahr, neue Berlinale! Und endlich wieder in Präsenz - und zurück im HKW! Meine Vorfreude steigt über die letzten Wochen jedes Mal, wenn ich an Berlinale Plakaten vorbeilaufe, die ersten Filmbeschreibungen lese oder die Social Media Kanäle des Festivals wieder neue Beiträge posten. Und dann ist auch plötzlich schon der 9. Februar und das Festival beginnt. Als ich am Nachmittag meine Akkreditierung am Potsdamer Platz abhole und am Berlinale Palast stehe, kommt eine richtige Euphorie in mir auf. Viele verschiedene Menschen von Presse, über Filmteams bis hin zu Fans schlendern durch die Straßen, alle mit einem breiten Lächeln im Gesicht. A comment on Allons Enfants The Turgot Highschool in Paris is not just an ordinary school. Eine Kritik zu From The Wild Sea.Es sind Bilder, die nahegehen müssen. Minutenlang kämpft eine kleine Robbe in der Auffangstation um ihr Leben. Minutenlang ist selbst den freiwilligen Helfer:innen nicht klar, ob sich das kleine Pelzknäul noch quält oder schon tot ist. Dann ist klar: es wird es nicht schaffen. "La Mif" portrays a group of young girls living together in a children's and youth care.
